Galvanized steel sheet and classification
Galvanized steel plate is divided into ordinary electrolytic plate and fingerprint resistant electrolytic plate. Fingerprint resistant plate adds a fingerprint resistant treatment on the basis of ordinary electrolytic plate, which can resist sweat. It is generally used on parts without any treatment, and the brand is secc-n. Ordinary electrolytic board can be divided into phosphating board and passivation board. Phosphating is commonly used. The brand is secc-p, commonly known as P material. Passivation plate can be divided into oiled and non oiled.
Hot dip galvanized steel plate (SGCC) has one advantage over electro galvanized steel plate (SECC). The bending and section of SECC are very easy to rust, and the rust resistance of SGCC is much better under the same conditions. High quality chassis usually adopts SECC or SGCC galvanized steel plate. The chassis steel plate made of this material has bright color and metallic luster. The advantage of this steel plate is good corrosion resistance.

Electro galvanized steel sheet (SECC):
Uniform gray, mainly imported, fingerprint resistant, excellent corrosion resistance, and maintains the processability of cold rolled sheet. Purpose: household appliances, computer case shell and some door panels and panels.
Hot dip galvanized steel plate (SGCC):
Hot dip galvanized, bright white, small zinc flower (difficult to see), large zinc flower can obviously see hexagonal flower block. The Chinese mainland only has two factories, China Steel, Shengyu Steel Corporation, Taiwan, and no steel works in mainland China can produce high-quality materials, mainly relying on imports.

Philippine BPS implements compulsory certification for galvanized steel products
Whether you import or export galvanized steel sheet, if you pass through the Philippines, you must understand their policies.
The Philippine Bureau of standards (BPS) under the Philippine Department of trade and industry (DTI) announced the Compulsory Certification Regulation dao20-10 for galvanized steel sheet on December 28, 2020, which was officially implemented on January 12, 2021, 15 days later. With the promulgation of dao20-09, the following products will be affected, including:
-All hot-dip galvanized steel sheet products for roof system, certification standard PNS 167;
-All hot-dip galvanized carbon steel plate products, certification standard PNS 1990;
-All continuous hot-dip galvanized / 5% aluminum alloy coated steel plate products, certification standard PNS 2003;
-Continuous hot dip aluminum / galvanized steel plate products, certification standard PNS 1993;
-Pre coated galvanized steel products, certification standard PNS 201.
Certification process: the certification process of galvanized steel products is the same as that of other products. The certification consists of Factory review + product test. The factory review must be carried out by the factory review organization approved by bps. The factory must prepare three sets of samples (each specification must be prepared), one of which shall be witnessed in the factory and the other two shall be sent to the laboratory approved by BPS for testing.
After the factory review and test are passed, BPS will issue a three-year valid PS quality certificate. In order to maintain the validity of the certificate, an annual review must be conducted.
